"Leftovers" American Ale

(recipe for 5 gallons)

3 lb William's American light extract
3 lb William's Australian light extract (which is actually pretty dark)
1.5 lb William's German Pils extract

Boil with 3 gallons of water for 45 minutes
add at start of boil:
1.5 oz of Galena plugs (3 plugs)
0.5 oz of Cascade plugs (1 plug)

Add 10 minutes before end of boil:
2 oz of Cascade plugs (4 plugs)

Add at end of boil:
0.5 oz of Cascade plugs (1 plug)

Start immediately adding hot strained wort to 2
 gallons of cold water in carboy.

When cool, pitch 1 package of Wyeast liquid
 California Ale yeast.

After 10 days fermentation, prime with 7/8 cup corn
sugar and bottle.

Starting and finishing specific gravities: unknown
