The annual Oktobeerfest picnic will be held at Cathedral Pines Park on Saturday, September 12, from 10 am until dusk, RAIN or SHINE. Click here for directions. The success of our picnic relies on the involvement of our members. To this end, we need volunteers to work on, or to provide the following:

- Set-up crew, please arrive by 8am

- Jockey boxes and CO2

- Ice chests

- 12 bags of charcoal and 2 cans lighter fluid (club will reimburse)

- Kid's games or activities.

If you and your family plan to attend, you will need to bring food, utensils, condiments, a "community dish", table, chairs, and tent or tarps. For those members who bring homebrew to the picnic, the admission fee will be WAIVED. For all others, the cost will be $15.00 PER FAMILY at the door. In between eating and drinking, other activities will include: horseshoes, volleyball, keg tossing and coaster tossing, 50/50 RAFFLE, prizes, children's games, and the live music of the fabulous band, "WhiteRoom." It's a great way to meet club members, and is always a fun day.
