Chili Cheese Squares

1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can chopped green chilies
6 eggs
Paprika to taste

Sprinkle half the cheese in bottom of greased 8-inch square baking dish. Drain chilies, reserving liquid. Sprinkle green chilies over cheese. Add remaining cheese. Add reserve liquid to eggs; beat well. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cut into small squares; spear with toothpicks to serve. May be frozen and reheated.

(can experiment with pepper used and cheeses, Dec was actually half cheddar and half jalapeno jack with Jalapenos used as the peppers)
