Here are some pix from Austin. It was 99 DegF on brewday. It had been over 100 the day before. My 6 yr old daughter and wife were gone and could not be in the picture, but the rest of my brewing assistants were there. My humble "3 tier" system with Gott coolers, 10 gal for mash/lauter and 7.5 for HLT. Barefoot brewing under the spreading liveoak tree! ;)
