Since this is our first ever label contest, we will adapt guidelines from Brew Your Own.  Awards will be given to the top 3 labels.  The number of awards maybe increased depending on the number of entries.  Labels will be displayed July 30^th at the GHHA Brewfest with attendees voting for a people’s choice award.        

Entry fee for the GHHA Label Contest is $2/entry.        

Entries will be accepted July 11 - July 23 2005.  Fees can be paid by check (made out to Greater Huntington Homebrewers Association/GHHA) or credit card payments through PAYPAL.   

Rules: Entrants may send labels or labels already stuck to bottles. Entry fee is $2/label. Final rules will be determined by the judging committee.  The judging committee will judge all labels and determine the total number of awards that will be given out.  Judging will be based on originality, creativity, and design.  The contest is open to graphic artists and amateurs alike.  Top labels will be posted on our web site.

• Labels should fit a standard 12 oz bottle (3" x 3.5"). 

• Back labels are optional. 

• Labels do not need adhesive backs.

• Labels must be printed.  Electronic copies will be accepted for posting on our website.
