This is a photo of the burner for the hot liquor tank, looking up from below. You can see the burner mount attached to the rear left supporting leg of the rack and the burner is bolted to it. The top of the burner is about 1" below the bottom of the rack. On the lower right is the needle valve that controls this burner, held in place with nylon tie straps.
