[Cheese] Rennet longevity

I agree that it's a lot, but the bang for the buck is unbeatable. I
can get 2oz for $6.40 or a pint for $18.50. So I was trying to figure
out if I'd go through more than 6oz of rennet in the time it would
take for it to go bad. Still not sure...
