[Cheese] multiagency task force

I assume that it the difference between the feds coming to raid my 2 gallon
cheese production facility (aka the kitchen in my basement apartment) is
that I'm not selling my cheese. Quick google search turns up this (for NH,
but I'm sure every state has their own):
http://www.dhhs.nh.gov/DHHS/DAIRYSANITATION/FAQs/default.htm
As long as they stay out of my kitchen, I don't mind them making sure people
selling cheese have their facilities inspected...I wouldn't want to buy
"pasteurized milk" from a small farmer to later find out that his
pasteurization process wasn't killing all the bacteria it should.
That said, it's pretty hilarious that it was a "multiagency task force"
sting...I bet they busted down the doors with as much bravado as possible
for an FDA official.
I wonder if I could buy their cheese presses at the repo auction?

My guess is it's ignorant hype but I am more interested in knowing what
"illegally produced cheese" is.
Do we have to worry about the jack-booted thugs in our kitchens on
cheese day now?
Just another example of the worst government money can buy.
I suppose busting cheesemakers is easier than finding Osama.
