[Cheese] HELP??? New

Hello everyone,

I am new to this list and really new at cheese making.
Is there a supplier web site that I could buy products from?

 I remember making cheese 30 years ago and it seems all i
did was heat milk at a low temp for overnight??  then
hang it in a cheese cloth to drain.  If I remember it was
like cottage cheese.

Any tips to get me started?  I looked in the list archives
but looks like this is a new list.
