[Cheese] HELP??? New

I don't know how they work. I have a side by side out in the garage. The
fridge is empty but the freezer is full of elk and venison. I was hoping
that I could raise the temp of the fridge a few degrees and still keep the
freezer as food storage.
I'm guessing this is not possible with these controllers?
Will it raise the temp of the freezer a little or too much to use as a
freezer?
Thanks Jack.
