If you leave them in the bag, the humidity will get too high, like 100%. 
  If you took them out now and then you could control humidity after a 
fashion but I don't see the point in doing it.  An unwaxed cheese wants 
to breathe and it can't in a bag and waxed cheese can't breathe so it 
serves no purpose.
