I am sure others have no such qualms but I do not like to recommend 
suppliers in order to avoid conflicts with our CheesyPress dealers. 
However, if you Google cheese making, you will certainly come up with a 
few options.

Your problems are pretty basic and I suggest you get up to speed with 
some basic info. If you go to my cheese page, you will find a learn as 
you go series of cheeses you can make and quickly get beyond the soup stage.
