I would like to freeze the whey and save it to make whey cheese at a later

I have not frozen it to make cheese, but for ricotta everything I have read tells you to make it within 3 hours of making cheese. I am not sure if something changes about that last protein that you would be coagulating or not. Let us know if you try it.
I have frozen it to use for cooking or as a a base for soap making and it has been fine for those purposes.
