[Cheese] yield of cream cheese

Hi Y'all,
I am Rico dela Fuente from the Philippines and I am
currently making cream cheese. I want to increase the
yield of my curds during draining. Is there anyone of
you who could tell me how to increase the yield of the
curds from equal parts of fresh milk and fresh cream.
Right now I'm getting 33% to 37% yield from 16 liters
of equal parts of fresh milk and fresh cream. I would
appreciate any suggestions.
