[Cheese] Cheese Digest, Vol 16, Issue 5 -- Finding Rennet and Cultures

I live in the Philippines and I have a similar problem to Walt's: cheese 
isn't eaten much here in this country - I cannot find rennet or cheese 
cultures here and I haven't been able to find a source in the U.S. that 
ships to the Philippines or Asia. Can anyone help?
