All he has to do is post it as along as he obeys the max message
restriction which can be changed but I see no need.

Then why do it? What is the point in annoying readers if there is no
payback?
If he is so interested in cheesemaking, where are all his postings to
this list? Sorry but I read his posting as trolling for subscribers to
his platform for advertising.
